- This acquisition is a re-solicitation of FA4654-12-B-0003 (F5D3122059A0002) which was cancelled. This construction project is to repair roofs at multiple buildings. Repairs consists of re-roofing aircraft hangars, re-sealing metal roofs, and seal penetrations; re-roofing shingle roofs, re-roof metal roofs, repair wall flashings, and repair and seal gutters. Contract performance is 365 calendar days with a winter exclusion period. The magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Project is a 100% small business set-aside with NAICS Code 236220, with a small business size standard of $33.5M.All responsible bidders must be CCR registered to be considered for award. The solicitation will be posted to the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) on or about 28 Dec. 2012 and can be accessed at www.fbo.gov. Potential bidders are responsible for monitoring the FBO site for the solicitation package and other pertinent information and downloading their own copies.
