Description
REVISED VENDOR RESPONSE DOCUMENT AMENDMENT 2: REVISED VENDOR RESPONSE DOCUMENT AMENDMENT 2: ONLY ONE PRICE WAS FORMERLY ALLOWED FOR ALL THREE LOCATIONS. AMENDMENT 2 IS ISSUED AND WILL CHANGE SOLICITATION AS FOLLOWS: 1. Revision to the Vendor Response Document. All direct delivery orders (to any location in the United States) will be issued FOB Origin Prepay and Add. CLAUSE 52.247-32 F.o.b. Origin, Freight Prepaid (Feb 2006) is applicable for direct delivery orders ONLY. Stock Orders SHALL FOB Destination. See SF 30 FORM PAGES 2 and 3 for Clause 52.247-32. 2. A SINGLE FOB DESTINATION PRICE SHALL BE SUBMITTED FOR EACH CLIN TO BE DELIVERED TO THE DEPOTS AT FRENCH CAMP, CA AND BURLINGTON, NJ. ONE FOB ORIGIN PREPAY AND ADD PRICE SHALL BE SUBMITTED FOR EACH CLIN TO BE DELIVERED TO ANY LOCATION IN THE UNITED STATES (DIRECT DELIVERY). Please complete the Vendor Response Document titled: VENDOR RESPONSE DOCUMENT REVISED. 3. Revision of FSS Clause M-FSS-301-A-Method of award: Award will be made on an item by item basis. As two prices are being submitted for each item, a single FOB Destination price for orders being delivered to the Stock Depots and a single FOB Origin Prepay and Add price for direct delivery orders to any location in the United States, the lowest price will be determined by calculating the average of the FOB Destination price and the FOB Origin price. Note: Orders will primarily go to the depots as this is a Stock Solicitation; however, at times orders may go direct delivery to any location in the United States which will require the FOB Origin price. 4. Revision to FAR 52.212-2-Evaluation Commercial Items (Jan 1999)- Price Section Only to reflect update in evaluation procedures. (See SF 30) Note: all other factors included in FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation Commercial Items (Jan 1999) will remain unchanged.
