- U.S. DEPARTMENT OF VETERANS AFFAIRS DESIRES TO LEASE SPACE The Department of Veterans Affairs desires to lease sufficient rentable square footage to yield approximately (3,673) net usable square feet within the Congressional District, geographical area encompassing 55 West 125th Street, New York, NY for use as an Office Clinic. The space will require at a minimum the following: Office Space: 2, 338 SF not to exceed 3, 673 SF (1) Reception Area 225 square feet (6) Workstations total 120 Square Feet x 6 = 720 square feet (1) Office for 2 work stations 170 square feet (2) Office/Interview Rooms 225 square feet x 2 = 450 square feet (1) Office/Administrator 225 square feet (1) Small office with 1 work station 120 square feet (1) Group Conference room 300 square feet (2) Bathrooms 64 square feet x 2 = 128 square feet TOTAL = 2,338 SQ FT The space must meet or be able to meet the Department of Veterans Affairs Life Safety codes and other applicable regulations. A temporary lease for one (1) year with a one (1) year option period will be considered. All commercial office space within the surrounding area of 55 W. 125th Street New York, NY will be considered. A market survey of the properties offered will be conducted by the Department of Veterans Affairs.
