- Presolicitation Notice This is a pre-solicitation notice for Buckley AFB, CO. The Air Force intends to make an award on a competitive small business set-aside for Brand Name or equal Apple MC769LL/A IPAD 2 - 16 GB with Wi-Fi, black and MD301LL/A IPAD 2 Smart Cover, black leather products for ARPC. The required products are commercial in nature, therefore, FAR Part 12; Acquisition of Commercial Items shall apply to this acquisition. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 423430 with a small business size standard of 100 employees. The solicitation will be available on or about 10 December 2012. The solicitation will be distributed solely through the Federal Business Opportunity (FBO) web site http://www.fbo.gov/. This requirement will be accessible to those companies deemed eligible by the information they provided when they register with System For Award Management (SAM) web site http://www.sam.gov/. Hard copies of the solicitation will NOT be available. The Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) web site provides downloading instructions. All future information about this solicitation, including any amendments and other general information, will also be distributed solely through this site. All interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure that they have up-to-date information about this acquisition and are encouraged to monitor and register their company on the Interested Vendor List (IVL) and Register to Receive Notifications. Contractor shall propose on all items to be considered responsive.
