Description

Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, supervision and disposal necessary for the construction of a Hot House at the VA Medical Center Providence, RI. The construction cost range for this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. The applicable NAICS code is 237110 and the size standard is $33.5 million. Award will be based on the lowest price technically acceptable. Evaluation factors will include price related factors as well as past performance and technical. The solicitation package will be available issued on December 17, 2012. The date for receipt of offers is scheduled for January 14, 2013 at 12:00. All relevant solicitation documents, including specifications and drawings, may be accessed for download on the date of issue at the following website: http://www.fbo.gov. Any amendments to the solicitation will be posted solely to this web site. It is the responsibility of the offeror to verify the number of amendments issued. This solicitation will be set aside strictly for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses. All SDVOSBs must be certified in Vet Biz as an SDVOSB. All offerors must ensure registration in CCR is current and accurate.
