Description

The United States Environmental Protection Agency, (USEPA), Office of Acquisition Management (OAM) and the Office of Environmental Information (OEI), under the authority of the Federal Acquisition Regulation, Parts 12 and 13, intends to acquire on a sole source basis an online web portal access/subscription to Bloomberg Bureau of National Affairs (BNA) Daily Report, BNA Health and Safety Library and Environmental Reg Tracker, DUNS 003244084. The applicable NAICS for this acquisition is 519130. The applicable PSC for this acquisition is D317. A determination not to compete the requirement is solely within the discretion of the Government. Notwithstanding this FedBizOps notice, any firm who believes it is capable of providing this same web portal access/subscription may submit a response no later than 12:00 p.m. on December 10, 2012. All responses and questions about this sole source, FedBizOpps Notice shall include the procurement number PR?OEI-13-00060 and title BN A Health and Safety and BNA Daily Environment Reports in the subject line and shall be directed, only via written communication, to Donna Dews at dews.donna@epa.gov.
