- Description
- The Hartford Regional Office located at 555 Willard Avenue, Newington, CT 06111, intends to release Solicitation VA-241-13-RP-0010. The work required at the referenced project involves the conversion of an existing Storage Room into a fully functional Bathroom. The Bathroom will include a custom built-in shower with tile from floor to ceiling, shower glass doors, a vanity with sink and built-in handi-cap medicine cabinet and handi-cap toilet The full solicitation is expected to be posted on FEDBIZOPPS www.fbo.gov on or about December 14, 2012. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). The applicable NAICS code is 236115 with an applicable small business size standard of $33.5 Million. Performance period is 45 calendar days after award. The scope of magnitude for this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. This is a pre-solicitation notice synopsizing an upcoming RFP solicitation to satisfy the requirements of FAR 5.201 and 5.203. The Contracting Officer will not be able to answer any questions to this notice until a solicitation is issued. All interested parties should register via the FEDBIZOPPS interested vendors list. It is the responsibility of the offeror to monitor and download amendments from FebBizOpps which may be issued to this solicitation. Please note that Effective October 1, 2010, all solicitations issued in accordance with the Veteran's First Contracting Program requires all contractors be VERIFIED by the Office of Small Disadvantaged Business Utilization's Center for Veteran's Enterprise (CVE) prior to receiving an award under the program.
