Description

Contractor shall completely prepare site for building operations, including demolition and removal of existing items, and furnish labor, materials and perform work for Project 538-13-104, entitled Renovate Ground Floor Center Wing Building 210 at the VA Medical Center, Chillicothe, Ohio, as required by drawings and specifications. Work to be completed within 275 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. Plans, specifications and drawings will be available on line on or about November 21, 2012. Estimated cost range is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. A pre-bid conference will be held Tuesday, December 4, 2012 at 1:00 p.m. (local time) in Building 1, Room 121, at the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, 17273 State Route 104, Chillicothe, Ohio; all prospective contractors, subcontractors and suppliers are urged to attend. This will be the only site visit scheduled for this project. id Opening is scheduled for Thursday, December 27. 2012 at 1:00 p.m. (local time).
