- FOR INDUSTRY DAY QUESTIONS If your company has any questions that they would like to be addressed at Industry Day, please submit those questions to Andrew Cameron at andrew.e.cameron@usace.army.mil by 12 Dec 2012 at 3:00pm Central Time. HNC will have limited exchanges with industry regarding technical proposal requirements and souce selection issues. To faciliate the process, we ask that you submit your questions in writing prior to the meeting. If any questions are generated as a result of the industry day presentation, you will be aske to submit your question in writing at industry day and we will provided a written response that will be published on FBO.
