Description
USDA Section 508 Requirements Past Performance Questionnaire Statement of Objective, Contract Clauses, Provisions, Proposal Submission, Basis for Award SF 1449 The United States Department of Agriculture is implementing its first national department-wide Pharmacy Benefits Management Program for Workers' Compensation. This contract is intended to implement a contract for direct USDA Pharmacy Benefits Management Services for its Workers' compensation program. The USDA is seeking an expert and experienced Contractor, specializing in federal WC, to support the first National PBM Program for WC. The PBM Program will be supported in principle by the Office of Workers¿ Compensation Programs (OWCP), Department of Labor (DOL). The PBM Program will be a national program for VA employees who are injured on the job, and require prescription medications, durable medical equipment (DME) (walkers, crutches, canes, splints, muscle stimulators, etc.) and ancillary services (Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), Computerized Tomography Scans (CT), X-Rays, Electromyogram (EMG), Nerve Conduction Velocity (NCV), and other related tests) The function of the PBM is to provide a more efficient way for employees who are injured on the job to obtain the services they need, eliminate any out-of-pocket expenses and the need to save receipts or file reimbursement forms.
