- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this procurement is F2ETGT2311A001 and this is a Request For Quotation (RFQ). This announcement will be issued as a combined synopsis/solicitation. This requirement is a 100% set aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business. The anticipated award will be a Firm Fixed Price Contract, the award will be made based on the lowest price. The solicitation shall incorporate provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-62. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 339940. The SB size standard for this code is 500 employees. CLIN 0001- U-15 Ultrafast Laser Marking System w/high-speed/precision Galvanometer Beam Control, 1-163 mm F-Theta Focusing Lens for a 100 mm x 100 mm marking area, 1-Diode Controller, 1-Laptop Computer w/RMI "Laser" Software, Windows platform, Serial Communication, system manual, and software manual; 1-mounting stand, 1-Z-axis standard lab jack (for use with class I or IV systems) and 2-eye protection glasses (for use with Class IV systems). OR EQUAL. Qty 1 each CLIN 0002 - Class 1 Enclosure w/focusing diode - 24x24x27. Include IFF Fee. OR EQUAL. Qty 1 each All items shall be delivered FOB Destination to Holloman AFB, NM 88330.
