- Description
- The USPFO for Nevada awarded a single firm fixed-price contract for services, non personal, to provide all plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, appliances and supervision necessary for the Construction of a paint booth with Building 130 (Fuel Cell Hangar) at the Nevada Air National Guard; Reno/Tahoe International Airport, Reno, NV. The work includes removal of the existing painting and mechanical equipment within the building and on the roof, selective demolition of masonry walls and roof structure, relocation of existing plumbing fixtures, and minor electrical demolition. Construction includes structural steel framing, roof patching and flashing, installation of doors, frames and hardware, pre-manufactured paint booth and paint prep rooms, roof mounted mechanical equipment and ductwork, plumbing reconfiguration, electrical work, roof work and connecting the air handling units to the base DDC system. The contract duration is 180 days after NTP. This project is set aside 100% for Small Business. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 236210, with a size standard of $33,500,000.00. Place of performance is Reno, NV.
