Purpose / Description The Air Force Space and Missile Systems Center (SMC) Spacelift Range and Network Systems Division (SMC/RN) has identified the need to upgrade the Communications Subsystem's (CMSS) existing Asynchronous Transfer Mode (ATM) network on the Western Range to an Internet Protocol (IP) v6 network.
