THIS IS AN ANNOUNCEMENT FOR INFORMATION ONLY. NO RESPONSES ARE REQUIRED Pursuant to the Veterans First Contracting Program 38 U.S.C. 8127(b) this notice is to inform the public that the Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office 9 intends to award a sole source contract to KAR Contracting, LLC a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) for a project to dismantle and dispose of an old walk-in incubator in the 1st floor in-patient lab at the VA Medical Center, 1540 Spring Valley Drive, Huntington, WV 25704-9300. The estimated price for the project is less than $25,000. The NAICS code is 236220 with a small business standard of $33.5 million.
