Description
U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: West Virginia City: Bridgeport / Clarksburg Delineated Area: Bridgeport, WV, as defined by the following boundaries: Point of Beginning: Intersection of Shinns Run Rd./County Route 707 and Saltwell Rd. east to Benedum Dr. south to E. Main St./Route 50 west to W. Main St. north to Jennings Randolph Highway/Interstate 79 north to Route 279 west to Shinns Run Rd./County Route 707 and as connected by George Washington Hwy (Rt. 50) to Clarksburg, WV, as defined by the following boundaries: Point of Beginning: Intersection of George Washington Highway (Rt. 50) and Marshall St. (Rt. 20) south to E. Main St. west to W. Main St. north to S. 6th St. east to George Washington Highway (Rt. 50). Buildings that have frontage on the boundary streets are deemed to be within the delineated Area of Consideration. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 5,646 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 5,928 Space Type: Office and related space Parking Spaces (Surface Reserved): 11 Full Term: 10 years Firm Term: 10 years Option Term: A 5 year option shall be requested, which will be at the sole option of the Government. Additional Requirements: All space shall be contiguous and preferably located on the 2 nd floor or higher. Space on the 1 st floor will be considered only when no other space is available or if deemed appropriate by the Government. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. The proposed leased space shall be fully serviced. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
