- The South Carolina Department of Health and Human Services (SCDHHS) is seeking sources for performing adminstrative services for its Medicaid fee-for-service population. These services may include activities such as provider screening, enrollment, and recertification; provider servicing and education; provider call center; grievance and appeals processes for providers; claims adjudication and payment; prior approval of certain services; program integrity and fraud prevention; and pharmacy benefit management. Note that there is a sister RFI (#5A) also posted that addresses a technology framework for building an information management solution for managed care operations and other analytical functions.
