- Pricing sheet has quantities, delivery, and NSNs to be priced. The solicitation is issued to establish an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) Contract for multiple competitive NSNs for Federal Supply Class (FSC) 6210, 6220, 6230, 6240, 6250, 6260, and 6350. The Non-Manufacturing Rule currently applies for the NSNs within Federal Supply Classes 6210, 6240, 6250; therefore, small business offerors can offer a product of a small or large business manufacturer. The solicitation contains an initial population of 138 NSNs with 584 NSNs as possible add-ons (total population is 722). This solicitation is a 100% Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside. There will be a two-year base performance period with three one-year performance periods, for a total period of performance of five years. Ordering minimum quantity and delivery is attached. Inspection/Acceptance and FOB is Destination. All 138 NSNs must be priced for an offer to be considered. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Requirement of each NSN and the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA ) source selection procedure will be utilized for evaluation. This solicitation includes provision 52.215-9023, Reverse Auction. A Reverse Auction may be conducted, and offers are encouraged to access the ProcureX system to self-register and review the available training tools at: dla.procurexinc.com to learn more about how to participate in the auction. Offerors who do not self-register will be loaded at the time of auction by DLA. Solicitation scheduled release date is no later than 02 Jan 2013. Electronic (DIBBS) proposals/quotes are unacceptable. An Excel spreadsheet for pricing will be provided with the solicitation. Proposals are to be submitted to the Bid Custodian. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the BSM Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) Homepage ( https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil ). Select "Request for Proposal (RFP)" under the Solicitations heading. Then choose the RFP you wish to download. RFPs are in portable document format (PDF). To download and view these documents you will need the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. This software is available free at http://www.adobe.com. A paper copy of this solicitation will not be available to requestors.
