- CAP,RANK, INSIGNIAS ITEMIZED LIST DFAR CLAUSE 252.209-7999 DFAR CLAUSE 252.209-7998 This is a combined synopsis solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation H92243-13-T-JH05 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This is notice that Naval Special Warfare Center (NSWC), Contracting Office, JEB Little Creek, Virginia Beach, VA 23459 intends to award a firm fixed price contract. Quote price FOB destination to Virginia Beach, VA 23459. The associated NAICS code is 315990 and the Small Business Size Standard is 500. This requirement is 100% set aside for Vetern owned small business. BID ALL OR NONE CLIN 0001:Various Insignias, cap rank, desert, type II. Product must be certified Navy type II and Type II insignias In accordance with NSN. Must match exsisting. See attached itemized list. 1 LOT Only written questions regarding this announcement will be accepted. All questions pertaining to this solicitation must be submitted by November 30, 2012, 10:00 AM EST to allow time for responses to be returned.
