Description

This is a notice of intent to award a contract and is a request for competitive proposals brand name only IAW FAR 6.303 and 6.304. Naval Medical Research Center (NMRC) intents to solicits a proposals and enter into contract. The NAICs code for this 423450. Naval Medical Research Center required that all contractors doing business with the Acquisition Office must be registered with the Central Contractor Register (CCR)/System for Award Management (SAM). No award can be made unless the vendor is registered in CCR/SAM. For additional information and to register in CCR/SAM, please access the following website: https://www.sam.gov/. In order to register to register with the CCR/SAM and to be elligible to receive and award from this acquisition office, all offerors must had a Dun & Bradstreet number may be acquired free of charge by contacting Dun & Bradstreet on-line at https://www.dnb.com/product/eupdate/requestOptions.html or by phone at (800) 333-0505. The notice of intent is a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government shall consider all response received within 10 days from this posting. Written responses to this shall contain sufficient documentation to establish a bonafide capability to fulfill the requirement. A solicitation is available.
