Description: A site visit of the existing MOUT site will be held at 10:00 a.m. ET, Tuesday, December 4, 2012. There will NOT be another pre-bid meeting and NO questions will be answered. Pre-registration is not required. Interested parties will meet in the gravel parking lot at the end of Garnett Ave across from the safety barricades. At this time, this will be the only site visit offered at the existing MOUT site.
