Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, 215 North Main St, White River Junction VA, is seeking to award a firm fixed price contract (base year plus four (4) one-year options to be exercised at the discretion of the Government. The ensuing RFP will be a total Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside. The facility has installed a CHP (combined heat & power) energy tri-generation boiler plant that will require the use of wood chips to combust. Deliveries of wood chips will be made at the facility between the hours of 9AM to 3PM week days unless otherwise directed. Request for Proposal VA241-13-R-0119 is anticipated to be issued on or about 11/30/2012 and will contain all item specification and the Statement of Work.
