- FA6675-12-T-0001 B1655 Replace Boiler/Chiller Notice of Proposed Contract Action FedBizOps November 27, 2012 REQUIREMENT: This is a Proposed Contract Action for a commercial acquisition. The requirement is to provide technical expertise, equipment and transportation to replace an existing boiler and chiller system with all associated work IAW all applicable codes and the SOW. PROJECT LOCATION: BLDG 1655, 301st Fighter Wing, NAS JRB Fort Worth, Tx 76127. TENATIVE DATES: 1. Issuance of Solicitation: December 7, 2012 2. Site Visit/Solicitation Meeting: December 17, 2012 3. Deadline for submission of proposals: December 28, 2012 4. Anticipated Award date for this contract is January 4, 2012 GENERAL: This solicitation is restricted to SBA certified Small Businesses (SB).Davis Bacon Act will apply. Delivery date for this project is 90 days ADC. The Statement of Work and any available drawings or plans will be included in the solicitation phase of this project.
