- Description
- The Bureau of Reclamation, Acquisition Operations Group, Denver, Colorado, intends to award on a single-source basis to Geotac (Trautwein Soil Testing Equipment) 6909 Ashcroft, Suite 104, Houston, TX, 77081. The requirement is for three (3) Trautwein Soil Testing Equipment machines which will include: oAutomated consolidation system including load frame, data acquisition and software, load cell for measuring applied pressure and LVDT for measuring consolidation or swell, and all supporting equipment required to perform testing. oFixed ring consolidation cell diameter Competition is restricted to only one source per FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). This procurement will be awarded using FAR Part 12 Commercial Item procedures with an intended period of performance of 12 months. Anticipated award date is December 4, 2012. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement or proposal by 3:30pm MST, November 30, 2012, which shall be considered by the agency.
