Description: The purpose of this amendment is to provide the Government 冱 response to a vendor 冱 question referencing the possibility of a small business set-aside acquisition plan, to provide Government responses to vendor questions received to date and to provide the Site Visit Request form / instructions / map. Further vendor questions, if received, will be provided with applicable Government responses per the previously stated acquisition timeline in a further amendment. Attached is the Site Visit Request form and instructions. The POC listed in the Site Visit Request form is ONLY to be contacted for site visit questions. All other questions shall come through the Contracting Office. Regarding the Authorizing Official on the Site Visit Request form, this information is to be filled out and signed by the company representative. Completed request forms are due to KO Chris.Seier@navy.mil and KO Valerie.Hawthorne@navy.mil, by 9:00 AM, Eastern, 11 December 2012. The KO will send to the customer for processing. Also attached is a screenshot from Google Maps showing the location of the base.
