- THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. This is a special notice of intent to award a sole-source, firm fixed-price contract in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). The U.S. Army Mission and Installation Contracting Command, Joint Base Myer-Henderson Hall (JBM-HH) has a requirement on behalf of The U.S. Army Band (TUSAB), Pershing's Own in support of its annual production of A Holiday Festival and hosted by the Joint Force Headquarters, Military District of Washington for security services. The performance is being held at the DAR, Constitution Hall in Wash, DC. The anticipated contract is for one base year and two, one year option periods. The 2012 period of performance is November 26 -December 2, 2012. The intended contractor is Falcon Security,3815 Alta Vista Drive, Bowie MD 20721-4052. The NAICS Code is 561612. The basis for restricting competition is that Falcon Security is the required vendor to perform all securityervices when leasing the DAR, Constitution Hall venue (per its lease/licensing agreement).
