- The subject requirement is for the acquisition of 4 NSN. The FSCs of this requirement is 5965, 6130, 6160, and 6650. An Indefinite Quantity Long Term Contract will have a three year base period and two 1 year options. The total duration shall not exceed 5 years. This IQC requirement is being solicited as unrestricted. NSN 5965-01-444-1216, 6130-01-476-0943 and 6160-01-447-8948 is being solicited using Other than Full and Open Competition based on 10 U.S.C. 2304(c ) ( 1) - Available from only one or a limited number of sources. NSN 6650-01-476-2358 is being solicited using Full and Open Competition. The solicitation will be available on or about December 31, 2012 at http://dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP. Hard copies are not available. Increments and delivery schedule will be noted on the RFP. FOB Destination is required. Inspection/Acceptance requirements will be noted on the RFP. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote, which shall be considered. All offers shall be in the English Language and in U.S dollars. One or more of the items under this acquisition may be subject to an Agreement on Government Procurement approved and implemented in the United States by the Trade Agreements Act of 1979. All offers shall be in the English language and in U.S. dollars. All interested suppliers may submit an offer. Interested parties may obtain copies of Military and Federal Specifications and Standards, Qualified Product Lists, Military Handbooks, and other standardization documents from the DoD Single Stock Point (DODSSP), in Philadelphia, PA. Most documents are available in Adobe PDF format from the ASSIST database via the Internet at http://assist.daps.dla.mil/. Users may search for documents using the ASSIST-Quick Search and, in most cases, download the documents directly via the Internet using standard browser software. Applies to NSN 6650-01-476-2358. Only businesses that have been certified by the Department of Defense, United States/Canada Joint Certification Office, and have a valid requirement may have a copy of the solicitation document.
