Funding: 0972012201403500000102022525031K0040088786 6100.9000021001 h. Awarded Amount: $46,556,000.00 i. Effective Date of Award: 24 September 2012 2. Acquisition Summary : a. The purpose of this requirement is to provide technical refresh, modifications, upgrades, and support for the Army National Guard's fielded VCOT fleet, enhance system fidelity, virtual training capability through technology and content upgrades. These modifications are intended to upgrade sixty eight (68) VCOT to the most current Crew and Collective configuration for Unstabilized Gunnery Training (UGT). Required support by the contractor shall be provided in accordance with the contract Statement of Work (SOW). b. This action is funded and awarded as a National Guard and Reserve Equipment Account (NGREA) procurement as prescribed by Congress. The Congressional intent for NGREA funding is to fill shortfalls in equipment to help keep the National Guard relevant in both overseas and domestic operations. c.
