Attachment 2-Past Performance Form Attachment 1; Department of Labor Wage Determination No. 2010-0205, Rev 4 Solicitation HSCG84-13-R-BB8013, Training Vessel for Air Station Houston Aviation Training Program ***21 NOVEMBER 2012*** SOLICITATION PACKAGE POSTED ON 21 NOVEMBER 2012 RESPONSE DUE DATE 12 DECEMBER 2012; 3:00pm EST This Presolicitation notice is issued by the U.S. Coast Guard Shore Infrastructure Logistics Center, Norfolk, VA to notify sources capable of providing all labor, materials, equipment, and personnel necessary to support USCG Air Station Houston's unit-specific aviation training program of an upcoming solicitation. ASH is located at the Ellington Field Joint Reserve Base in Houston, Texas. The area of operations will be in the general vicinity of the Western and Northwestern portions of Galveston Bay. A solicitation with commercial provisions in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation will be issued for a base and four option years. The scope of the acquisition is for the contractor to provide a vessel and all necessary management supervision, personnel, labor materials, fuel and equipment required for supporting helicopter crew hoists and rescue swimmer operations to support Air Station Houston's training requirements. Technical, Past Performance, and Price will be considered in the award of this contract. The intended type of contract will be Requirements Type Contract with Firm Fixed Prices. Anticipated award date is on or about 03 December 2012. This is acquisition 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside. The applicable NAICS Code is 488390 with a size standard of $35.5 million. Once the solicitation is issued offerors may submit questions electronically to Amy.L.McLiverty@uscg.mil for the first ten (10) days after the solicitation is made available. The Request for Quote (RFQ) and all amendments will be published for viewing and printing at http://www.fbo.gov. IT IS THE OFFERORS RESPONSIBILITY TO PERIODICALLY CHECK THE WEB SITE FOR AMENDEMENTS TO THE REQUEST FOR QUOTE. No paper copies of the solicitation or the amendments will be issued.
