- Amendment 0002 for soliciation W91ZLK-13-T-0021 is issued to: 1) Pprovide answers to questions and clarifications. 2) Remove Trade Agreements clauses 52.225-5 and 252.225-7021 from solicitation W91ZLK-13-T-0021 3) Redact Attachment 1 Specification, and replace with a revised "Attachment 1 Specifications Updated 11-21-2012" The closing date of the solicitation remains on November 29, 2012 at 3:30 PM, Eastern Standard Time. Please submit your quotations to Ms. Kelly Gustafson at the Army Contracting Command Aberdeen Proving Ground, Tennant Division, 4118 Susquehanna Avenue, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD 21005-3013. Quotations may be submitted via email to: Kelly.E.Gustafson.civ@mail.mil or Fax 410-278-6641. Quotations must be signed, dated, and received by the closing date. For questions concerning this Request for Quotation, please contact Ms. Kelly Gustafson, Procurement Analyst, via email at Kelly.E.Gustafson.civ@mail.mil. Additional questions must be received no later than October 25, 2012. Please reference this attachment for this RFQ. NO TELEPHONE REQUESTS WILL BE HONORED. QUESTION 1: Do the products need to be BAA (Buy American Act) or TAA (Trade Agreements Act) compliant? ANSWER 1: The items need to be Buy American Act (BAA) compliant. QUESTION 2: In reference to Line Items 0001, 0002, and 0003, do they need to be indoor/outdoor, loose tube, riser rated or just OSP rated? ANSWER 2: The fiber cables for CLINs 0001, 0002, and 0003 will be indoor/outdoor, riser-rated. For detail, please review the revised Attachment 1 Specifications, dated November 21, 2012l. OSP rating has been removed from the Specifications for these CLINs. QUESTION 3: In reference to CLINs 0001, 0002, and 0003, do they need to be indoor/outdoor or just outdoor? ANSWER 3: The fiber cables for CLINs 0001, 0002, and 0003 need to be indoor/outdoor. For detail, please review the revised Attachment 1 Specifications, dated November 21, 2012l. QUESTION 4: In reference to CLINs 0001, 0002, and 0003, should they be non-armored? ANSWER 4: The fiber cables for CLINs 0001, 0002, and 0003 need to non-armored.
