Description

J & A The Office of Naval Intelligence intends to award a sole-source contract to renew SMART.neXt annual licenses and support to Northrop Grumman under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, all information received by will be reviewed by the Government, on whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement for future requirements. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Parties may express their interest via e-mail. Additionally, the contractor shall report ALL contractor labor hours (including subcontractor labor hours) required for performance of services provided under this contract for SMART.neXt license renewals via a secure data collection site. The contractor is required to completely fill in all required data fields using the following web address https://doncmra.nmci.navy.mil.
