Description

SECTION E6 52.212-3 OFFEROR REPRESENTATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS-COMMERCIAL ITEMS (APRIL 2012)-FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS. IF YOU ARE CURRENT WITH ORCA THEN YOU ONLY COMPLETE PARAGRAPH (b.). THIS REQUIRED INFORMATION SHALL BE INCLUDED WITH YOUR QUOTE. APPLICANTS SHALL BE CONSIDERED NON-RESPONSIVE IF THIS PACKAGE IS INCOMPLETE. The Hines ITC has a requirement for the maintenance of two Bell and Howell Aim 6 Mail Handlers (serial numbers 48-w998 and 48-w999 located at the VA Hines Information Technology Center (ITC), Building 215, Fifth Avenue & Roosevelt Road, Hines, IL 60141. The Period of Performance (POP) is December 1, 2012 through September 30, 2013. The Contractor shall have access to Bell Howell AUI software code, and have the ability to modify, update, and perform repairs to AUI code. Requirement is critical to maintaining machine production availability to Hines VA. This acquisition NAICS: 811219, Size Standard is $19 million. All responsible sources may submit an offer. All quotes are due November 29, 2012 at 2:00 PM CST. The solicitation and specifications will be issued and made available on the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website: http://www.fedbizopps.gov.
