Description
To: All Requestors of the Prospectus for a Concession Business Opportunity for the Sale of Visitor Convenience Items within Designated Areas in the Intermountain Region Re: CC-VCICXXX-13 Responses to Questions Received Responses to Questions Received: 1.#1 (Page 19 Subfactor 4b 1) Are we expected to list personal property which has been amortized out of our schedule? Yes. Please provide a schedule of all personal property that will be used in the operation, regardless of how it is classified on your balance sheet. 2.#2 (Page 19 Subfactor 4b 2) If we are not a new operation we assume we do not have to fill in the "Acquisition/Investment Category? Yes. If you are the current concessioner and do not anticipate any Initial Investment Costs please explain your assumptions. 3.#3 (Page 22 Operating Assumption Principal Selection 4 Subfactor 4B) You want these is [sic] percentages only? Yes. The assumed inflation rates should match with the income projection escalations provided in the Proforma Income Statement. 4.#4 (Page 22 Subfactor 4C) As we are not a "start-up" and do not require outside funding, are we correct in assuming we do not have to answer any of these questions? If you do not anticipate needing additional funds, please indicate so in your responses to Subfactor 4(c) Numbers 1-3. A current bank statement for all bank accounts held by the Offeror must be provided, even if you do not anticipate significant start-up costs. 5.#5 (Page 23 Selection Factor 5) What percentage does it require for CNHA to receive a score or 4 points? Code of Federal Regulations 36 CFR Part 51 51.16 "For each selection factor, the Director will assign a score that reflects the determined merits of the proposal under the applicable selection factor in comparison to the other proposals received, if any." 6.#6 (Exhibit B Operating Plan - Attachment 1) Description #3 Please explain "percentage of total costs that is profit." Is this worded correctly, or is there another meaning for cost? This is not worded clearly. The Markup Percentage is the percentage of total cost to the visitor that is profit.
