- **Change: This procurement will be set aside for total small businesses under NAICS code 238910, with a correspondig size standard of $14 million. ** **Change: The solicitation for this requirement will be posted on or about December 14, 2012. There will be no site visit on November 28, 2012. A site visit for the end of December will be scheduled and noted within the solicitation documents.** The Mission and Installation Contracting Command, Fort McCoy has a requirement for demolition of buildings and facilities at Fort McCoy, WI. The proposed procurement is offered as an unrestricted procurement under NAICS code 238910. This procurement will be solicited in accordance with Sealed Bidding in FAR Part 14. The IFB will be available electronically at http://www.fbo.gov on or about November 16, 2012 and will be due on or about December 19, 2012. A site visit is tentatively set up for 28 November 2012 at 10:00 am. See solicitation for verification and further details. The magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000.
