Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, James J. Peter VA Medical Center is currently seeking qualified firms capable of providing "Preventive Maintenance (PM) of government owned "Iba Dosimetry Blue Phantom (BP1), Beam Analysis System" at the New Jersey Healthcare System (NJHCS), East Orange Campus located at 385 Tremont Avenue, East Orange NJ 07018. The vendor will be responsible for but not limited to: two (2) PM per year, ensuring that the equipment is operating within its specifications, calibrating and cleaning, replacing any worn or defective parts, and installing and maintaining all software updates/upgrades. The vendor shall furnish and replace all necessary parts as required to return equipment to full manufacturers published specifications. All parts shall be new OEM parts and compatible with existing equipment. The vendor shall have a certified technician authorized to provide these services. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) is 811219 (Other Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance) and the standard size is $19.0 Million. The Product Service Code (PSC) is J (Maintenance, repair & rebuilding of equipment). Firms desiring consideration shall email directly to the Contract Specialist referencing the following in the subject filed " VA243-13-Q-0246 PM "Iba Dosimetry Blue Phantom (BP1), Beam Analysis System". Please review and complete attached Solicitation/RFQ #: VA243-13-Q-0246. All Solicitation/RFQ's from interested parties along with three (3) references MUST be received by Noon on November 28, 2012 through email address as follows, Charnell.Cunningham@va.gov or fax (718) 741-4722.
