- The MICC FT Stewart is issuing this sources sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in the the resources to support this requirement for 10 Student EMT Training Paramedic Prep Courses, SOCM ATP/ Paramedic Course and the fees for the National Registry Exam - Paramedic in Georgia from 02 January 2013 to 11 January 2013 (see attachment). The result of this market research will contribute to determing the method of procurement. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 621399. THERE IS NO SOLICITAION AT THIS TIME. This request for capability information does not constitute a request for proposals; submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary; the Government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred. If your organization has the potential capacity to perform these contract requirements, please provide the following information: 1. Prosepctive Offeror Identification a. Company bame and Commercial and Government Entity CAGE code and DUNS number b. Address c. Phone number d. Point of Contact (POC) e. email f. A website address that provides additional inforamtion about the prospective business ( recommended, not mandatory) g. Identify your company type as a large, small, small disadvantaged, 8a, veteran owned small business, woman-owned small business and /or HUB zone business. h. Company's North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 2. Your capacity statement should address the following,at a minimum: a. Provide a brief history of your business and experience b. How are your current commercail/ federal contracts structured? c. Does your company operate as a eco- friendly location? d. Can your company handle the load identified? BASED ON THE RESPONSES TO THIS SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE/ MARKET RESEARCH, THIS REQUIREMENT MAY BE SET-ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS OR PROCURED THROUGH FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION.
