- Industry Day Presentation Industry Day Registration Form Industry Day Location : Rose State College Professional Training and Education Center Room 114 (Auditorium) (Park and enter from East Side of Building) 1720 Hudiburg Drive Midwest City OK 73110 Time : 8:00 A.M. - 11:00 A.M. Central Standard Time (CST) Date : 11 December 2012 The C-32A, C-40B and C-40C Aircraft Program Office of the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center's Mobility Directorate's Very Important Person/Special Airlift Mission (VIPSAM) Division at Tinker AFB Oklahoma will conduct an Industry Day on 11 December 2012 at the location shown above (map attached). The purpose of the event is to provide information on the C-32A, C-40B and C-40C Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) program, inform industry of program requirements, and address acquisition timelines. A preliminary draft of the Performance Work Statement (PWS) will be posted to this site by 30 November 2012. Please review the attached Industry Day PowerPoint presentation. Copies of the presentation slides will not be provided at Industry Day; therefore attendees are encouraged to print a copy of the slides and bring them to the meeting. The Government will not be conducting one-on-one discussions during this event; however, short side boards may be presented to discuss alternatives that are of a proprietary nature that afternoon. All questions asked during a sideboard will be posted non-attributable to FedBizOps. If you desire a sideboard, contact the Contracting Officer, Ms. Kim Doyle at kimberly.doyle@tinker.af.mil no later than 6 December 2012. Please do not use sideboards as a marketing tool, but as an opportunity to better understand requirements and provide feedback to the Government. The Government welcomes any feedback, questions or comments to assist us in developing a successful acquisition. As such, the Government reserves the right to incorporate suggested changes into the acquisition without identifying the submitter or obtaining approval. All questions must be submitted in writing on company letterhead to the Contracting Officer by e-mail. Questions should be limited to matters not involving classified and/or business proprietary matters. At any time after receipt of comments/questions, the Government reserves the right to contact respondents for further clarification of the submittal. The Government does not intend to answer all questions at Industry Day; however, all questions received from potential offerors and Government responses will be posted to FedBizOpps by 31 January 2013. Equipment and technical data generated or delivered under this contract is controlled by the International Traffic in Arms Regulation (ITAR), 22 CFR Chapter 1, Subchapter M Parts 120-130; therefore an export license may be required to perform work under this contract or before granting access to foreign persons to any equipment and technical data generated or delivered during performance (see CFR Chapter 1, Section 125). Information regarding National Interest Determinations will be provided in the draft RFP and final RFP. This announcement is not a contract, request for proposal (RFP), a promise to contract, or a commitment of any kind on the part of the Government. Attendance at Industry Day is strictly voluntary. The Air Force will not assume liability for costs incurred by an attendee or for travel expenses or marketing efforts; therefore, attendee's cost in response to this notice is not an allowable direct charge and will not be reimbursed by the Government. Industry Day Registration : Registration will be conducted in advance; doors will open at 8:00 A.M. on 11 December 2012. This is a no-fee event and seating is limited. Three attendees will be allowed per firm/company. The Industry Day registration form (posted to the right) must be sent by 6 December 2012, to Ms. Kim Doyle at kimberly.doyle@tinker.af.mil. An e-mail confirmation will be sent upon receipt. Late registration and "walk-in" requests will not be permitted. Attendees must present a CURRENT photo ID (driver's license, military ID, company ID or passport) matching the attendee information submitted via the Registration Form. Attendees are encouraged to arrive early to permit sufficient time for check-in. This is an UNCLASSIFIED event; no clearances are required. Information presented at the event will be made available via FedBizOps to offerors unable to attend. Companies responding to this request should indicate whether they are a large or small business, small disadvantaged business, woman-owned small business, HUBZONE small business and/or service disabled veteran-owned small business. Please inform us if your company intends to perform the work as the prime contractor or if you desire to subcontract with a prime contractor. Ensure your response contains your company's name, street address, point of contact with phone number, CAGE Code and email address, company web page URL. All responses must be unclassified.
