Description

draft statement of work The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC), Region IV, proposes to enter into a sole source contract entitled, 'Television, Telephony, and High-Speed Internet Services' with Time Warner Cable, Inc. to provide television, telephony, and high-speed internet services for the region's office location at 1600 E. Lamar Blvd, Arlington, TX 76011. The period of performance for this contract is for one base year, January 1, 2013 through December 31, 2013, with four one-year options. The work is described in the attached statement of work. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 13.106-1(b). This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all responses proposals received within 10 days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
