- Solicitation H98210-13-T-0002 Addendum to 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors The Defense Human Resources Activity (DHRA) intends to award a contract to HubZone small business concerns for Cisco Brand routers, peripheral hardware and support products. A detailed description of the requirement, CLINs, proposal submission instructions, and all provisions, clauses, and addenda that apply to this acquisition can be found in the attached solicitation. The solicitation number is H98210-13-T-0002 and issued as a request for proposal (RFP). This requirement is being advertised as a 100% HubZone set-aside small business concerns. The NAICS code is 423430 and the small business size standard is 500 employees. Contract award type shall be a Firm-Fixed Price. The Government will award to the lowest price, technically acceptable quote based on the specifications provided and that can meet the delivery schedule. In no event will the Government award an order against an offer that the Government does not find to be fair and reasonably priced. This is an All or None requirement for Limited Sources - Cisco Brand Name products. Substitution of any of the required brand name products or partial quotes will not be accepted or evaluated, and will be deemed nonresponsive to this requirement. DISCOUNTS are highly encouraged and appreciated. The period of performance shall be 30 days from date of award with all applicable hardware/software updates and fixes according to the support level required and the service level agreement established by the Original Equipment Manufacturer. Update support shall be 12-months from contract award. FOB Destination. Offerors shall submit their proposals in accordance with the submission instructions contained in the solicitation no later than (NLT) 11:00 AM Eastern Standard Time on December 5, 2012. Proposals received after this due date/time will not be considered by the Government. Offerors are responsible for downloading the solicitation, all of its supporting documents, and any applicable amendments posted on Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) at http://www.fbo.gov. Amendments may be posted to FedBizOpps up until the response due date. All questions requests must be submitted in writing via e-mail Only to the Contract Specialist, Hector E. Monge, at hector.monge@osd.pentagon.mil by 11:00AM Eastern Standard Time on November 26, 2012. Questions received after this date/time may not be answered.
