Description

Project 636-12-807, Remodel Building 5 (Human Resources). Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, supervision, transportation and tools necessary to remodel several rooms, hallways, stairs and front porch areas in Building 5 at the Omaha VA Medical Center located at 4101 Woolworth, Omaha, NE 68105-1850. All work shall be performed in accordance with the terms, conditions, specifications and drawings of the solicitation (when available) and all applicable local and VA codes. Solicitation Number VA-263-13-RQ-0190 for this effort will be posted to FedBizOpps (www.fedbizopps.gov) on or about November 21, 2012. This solicitation will contain all necessary specifications, drawings and other information necessary to bid the project. There will not be an Organized Site Visit for this project. (See solicitation when available for the point of contact to arrange a site visit if desired). Quotes are tentatively scheduled to be due at 4:00pm (local time) on Tuesday, December 11, 2012 (see solicitation when available for specific date/time). The Period of Performance is expected to be 60 calendar days from the receipt of the Notice to Proceed. THIS SOLICITATION IS SET ASIDE FOR SERVICE-DISABLED VETERAN-OWNED SMALL BUSINESSES (SDVOSBs) UNDER PUBLIC LAW 109-461. Disclosure of the magnitude of construction projects: The estimated cost of the total project is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00.
