Description

SECTION E6 52.212-3 OFFEROR REPRESENTATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS-COMMERCIAL ITEMS (APRIL 2012)-FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS. IF YOU ARE CURRENT WITH ORCA THEN YOU ONLY COMPLETE PARAGRAPH (b.). THIS REQUIRED INFORMATION SHALL BE INCLUDED WITH YOUR QUOTE. APPLICANTS SHALL BE CONSIDERED NON-RESPONSIVE IF THIS PACKAGE IS INCOMPLETE. The Hines ITC has a requirement for Snow Removal at the VA Hines Information Technology Center (ITC), Building 215, Fifth Avenue & Roosevelt Road, Hines, IL 60141. The Period of Performance (POP) is December 1, 2012 through April 30, 2013. The Contractor shall provide snow removal service for parking lots, parking areas, main driveways, sidewalks and entryways, loading dock areas and have the necessary equipment to remove snow off site as needed to include deicing. This acquisition is a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside. NAICS: 488490, Size Standard is $7 million. All responsible sources may submit an offer. All quotes are due November 22, 2012 at 2:00 PM CST. The solicitation and specifications will be issued and made available on the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website: http://www.fedbizopps.gov. Any amendments to this solicitation will also be available at the URL addresses. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments. No telephone requests will be accepted.
