- U.S. Department of Justice Federal Bureau of Prisons Federal Correctional Complex Terre Haute, Indiana Office of Financial Management November 12, 2012 All Interested Parties: The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Complex, Terre Haute, Indiana, is soliciting quotations under Request for Quote RFQP04181300003 to provide Quarterly subsistence-religious certified meals-Kosher items to the Federal Correctional Complex, Terre Haute, Indiana. This cover letter is intended to provide general information regarding the submission of your quote. Please read the attached Request for Quotation and complete the Standard Form 1449-Blocks 17, 23, 24, 30. Please include your Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS) number with your offer. If you have not completed your representations and Certifications Applications (OCRA), you must complete and provide Federal Acquisition Regulation 52.212-3. Deliveries may be made beginning December 31, 2012. Deliveries must be made Tuesday-Friday 7:00a.m-2:00p.m. Deliveries must have complete orders or they will not be accepted. The last date deliveries will be accepted will be January 11, 2013. Faxed quotations are allowed and must be sent to 812-244-4753. E-mail quotes will also be accepted and must be sent to sballinger@bop.gov or c1hawkins@bop.gov. POSTAGE MAILED COPIES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Offerors are responsible for ensuring their quote has been received by the date and time set for receipt in order to be considered for award.
