THIS IS AN ANNOUNCEMENT FOR INFORMATION ONLY. NO RESPONSES ARE REQUIRED. Pursuant to the Veterans First Contracting Program 38 U.S.C. 8127(b) this notice is to inform the public that the Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office 9 intends to award a sole source contract to a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) for a Storm Sewer Repair Project at the Alvin C.
