- This is a Request for Quote for eight (8) each Day Camera Cables in support of the FAA Supply Management Branch at the Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center, Oklahoma City, OK. The FAA does not own or have rights to any drawings or specifications for this item. Currently, the only known source for these cables is RVision, Inc, a Cobham Company, San Diego, CA. RVision holds the proprietary rights for the design and manufacture of these cables. The Day Camera Cables should be equal to or better than RVision P/N CBL-700424, Description: Cable, connects C75 0r C150 to multiple devices, T200, LRF, IZLID, Bullet Camera. Estimated freight costs should be included in the quote. The FAA will not pay for any information received or costs incurred in preparing the response to this request for quote. Therefore any cost associated with the request for quote submission is solely at the interested vendor's expense. The competition will be based on lowest. This is an open competition. Contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM), https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/ prior to submitting a response. Interested firms are required to submit the attached Business Declaration form. In order to make this determination the FAA requires the following from interested vendors: 1. Model (brand), specifications and technical data. 2. Pricing, to include transportation, if applicable. 3. Estimated delivery time (from date of award) 4. Letter of authorization or release from RVision to utilize their drawings and specifications to manufacture these parts. Please respond by reviewing the attached terms and conditions, providing all the requested information and submitting a filled-out and signed copy of the Declaration form (please submit electronically, email to address below). All responses to this request for quotes must be received by Tuesday, November 20, 2012, 2:00 p.m. CST (Oklahoma Time).
