Description
TV Programming BPA RFQ w/ Quote Worksheet TV Programming BPA Performance Work Statement This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-58. The North American Industry Classification code for this procurement is 515210 Cable and Other Subscription Programming. The Standard Industry Code for this procurement is 4841. Pricing for the following is requested: 0001 - 1 MO - Government Administrative Service Package In Accordance With (IAW) the Performance Work Statement (PWS) 0002 - 1 MO - Government Lodging Service Package IAW the PWS 0003 - 1 MO - Government Administrative Basic Package + additional programming IAW the PWS Beale AFB, CA intends to award a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with a Period of Performance (POP) of 1 January 13 2013 - 31 December 2017 supplying the base with Television Programming Subscription Services In Accordance With (IAW) the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). There is no minimum purchase agreement for this BPA and the government is only obligated to the extent of authorized calls placed against the BPA (Reference attached BPA terms and conditions, which is incorporated as part of this solicitation). Payment will be made via Government Purchase Card. Period of Performance Will be 1 January 2012 - 31 December 2017 at Beale AFB, CA 95903 The following provisions apply to this solicitation and any resulting contract documents: FAR 52.252-1 Solicitation Provisions Incorporated by Reference (Feb 1998) Solicitation Provisions Incorporated by Reference (Feb 1998) This solicitation incorporates one or more solicitation provisions by reference, with the same force and effect as if they were given in full text. Also, the full text of a solicitation provision may be accessed electronically at this address: http://farsite.hill.af.mil FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors--Commercial Items FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation-Commercial Items Evaluation -- Commercial Items (Jan 1999) (a) The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. Acceptability will be based on offeror's proposed plan to fulfill requirements stated in Performance Work Statement. All offerors shall submit no more than one page explaining how they will provide service to include contact information of individuals that will be assigned to responding to any emergency needs that arise. FAR 52.216 -1 Type of Contract The Government contemplates award of a Blanket Purchase Agreement contract resulting from this solicitation.
