- THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION ONLY This is a Request for Information (RFI) from Army Contracting Command-Redstone (Colorado Springs), 350 Vandenberg St, Peterson AFB CO 80914. This Request for Information is issued for information, planning, and market research purposes only. It does not constitute a request for quotes or a promise to issue a request for quotes in the future. The Government is seeking information from any business concerns that are qualified for a Top Secret (TS)/Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) facility to house the Army Space Cadre Symposium in Colorado Springs, Colorado between August 5-8, 2013. The Army Space Cadre Symposium provides continuing education and professional development in support of Army Space Cadre members (military and civilian) worldwide. It brings the Army Space community (including FA40s, enlisted Soldiers, Department of Defense Civilians as well as Government Contractors on a space available basis) together in a forum helping to keep them up-to-date on key space related issues facing the Army and Nation, and creates an environment for mentoring and leader development opportunities for Space Cadre members. Here are the RFI requirements for our facility: Colorado Springs local area Government access to facility 0700 - 1700 daily, 5-8 August 2013 Seat up to 200 people; minimum of 28 at tables Classification level up to TS/SCI Sound and projection system The tables will be reserved for senior leaders and should face the front of the room. Our people can "flip slides" but we will need the contractor to load the briefings on their server. We will have the participants send their Visit Access Request (VARs) with the appropriate Security Management Office (SMO) code to the contractor for verification. We would like it to be "no escort required" for all personnel except for foreign nationals, if any register. The Government requests interested parties provide information about their company to include the Security Officer name and phone number, Cage Code, and Size Standard. Please submit a rough order magnitude (ROM) that shows a cost breakout and the proposed room setup (to include the size and the maximum capacity of the room). Please submit your companies preference on handling the Visit Access Request and any other information specific to your company that the Government will need to know and plan for. This is a market survey for planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a Request for Proposal or as an obligation on the part of the Government.
