- DLA Energy: The synopsis for Basic Solicitation SP0600-13-R-0033 is amended to include revised quantities for the one and two-year requirements and to include a five-year requirement. Offerors may submit a proposal (offers) for the one-year, two-year, or five-year requirements in response to this solicitation. DLA Energy will not accept a combined offer for both requirements. If submitting proposals for both the one-year, two-year, and or five year requirement, proposals shall be submitted as separate offers. All proposals must clearly specify the period of performance offered. A separate Offerors Submission Package (OSP) for each requirement will be attached when the solicitation is posted. The items under this acquisition may be subject to an Agreement on Government Procurement approved and implemented in the United States by the Trade Agreements Act of 1979.
