- RFI with Supplies and Equipment List Request for Information: The U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration would like to request information from vendors for the purpose of assessing the capability of the open market in regards to the DEA’s purchasing of a broad-range of items per category in a single order from one vendor. The following items provide a small sample from the actual categories for the type of broad-range items that this order will need in order to be fulfilled (see attachment for the complete list with further specifications for each item): Gloves: -Cement-dipped butyl rubber gloves, sizes 8 to 11 Confined Space Equipment: -Confined space ventilation fan (portable 12” diameter) 115V 60Hz Respiratory Protection: -Allegro® Bitrex™ Fit Test Kit with Hood (or equivalent) Coveralls/Personal Protective Equipment: -Tychem F coveralls (chemical & fire resistant layer Elastic Wrist, Elastic Hood and Booties), sizes S to XXXXXL Test Kits/Detectors/Monitors: -pH Test Strip, litmus paper -MSA Solaris Multi-Gas Detector Equipment: -HazMat Response Tool Kit -Flood Light, 8 ft. portable twin flood lights (2 x 500W), 16-ga. Cords, all-weather, CSA certified First Aid: -First Aid Kit, Weatherproof Containers UN/DOT: -5-gallon DOT Poly Screw Top Pails with Lids Absorbent/Neutralization: -Absorbent Mats (200 bags) Safety: -Canopy Decon Shelter (portable pop-up) -Rectangular Folding Table -Duct Tape -Pike’s Pole -Decon Shower Department of Transportation Labels: -“THIS END UP” Adhesive Paper Labels -Vinyl Label: DOT Shipping/Flammable Gas, Class 2.1 Furthermore, it will be helpful if all companies submitting a response to this request include delivery terms as well as all other relevant information that applies to filling an order for such a broad range of products. All companies submitting a response shall also provide the NAICS code, related products offered, size standard per item/category, and applicable GSA Schedule or Governmentwide Acquisition Contract number.
