- Description
- The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation at any time. This project is for the repair and/or replacement of High Temperature Hot Water (HTHW) Service Lines, Phase 13 at Malmstrom AFB, Montana. Work consists of the contractor providing all labor, equipment, transportation, materials, quality control, and supervision necessary to conduct all repair and maintenance requirements throughout, Malmstrom AFB, Montana, in accordance with the project specifications, drawings, and blueprints. The Request For Proposal will be available on or about 4 December 2012. The Request for Proposal will close on or about 11 January 2013. The Performance Period for this project is one hundred twenty (120) calendar days after receiving the Notice to Proceed. The Notice to Proceed will be issued within 10 days after award of the solicitation. This acquisition is open to small businesses in accordance with the Small Business Jobs Act of 2010. The Request for Proposal will be available by Electronic Transmission only at: http://www.fbo.gov. Potential contractors must be currently registered in the Central Contractor Registry to be eligible for award. (See Internet Site: https://www.bpn.gov/ccr/default.aspx ). All responsible sources may submit an offer good through 1 May 2013. Potential contractors must also be currently registered with ORCA. (See Internet Site: http://orca.bpn.gov/ ). The magnitude of this project is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00.
