- THIS NOTICE IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. This opportunity is available only to The MITRE Corporation, the contractor under IRS Contract #TIRNO-99-D-00005/Task Order # HHSM-500-2009-00021U, which is a competitive task order under an Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract. CMS intends to award a cost-plus-fixed-fee (CPFF) modification to the aforementioned task order to perform security testing and evaluation of the Health Information Technology for Economic and Clinical Health (HITECH) system. The period of performance for this requirement will be Date of Award through July 27, 2013.
