- This effort involves the development, testing, integration and production of the Degraded Visual Environment Pilotage System (DVEPS) for the Army Special Operations Aviation (ARSOA) in accordance with the user requirements. This effort will be a mulitple award Cost Plus Fixed Fee contract. The North American Industrial Classification Code is 541712; the business size is 1000 employees. Firms that recognize and can provide the supplies are encouraged to identify themselves. The estimated release date of the solicitation is on or about 17 February 2013. Interested sources can obtain a copy of the solicitation at the time of release by submitting a Joint Certification Program Office approved DD Form 2345, Militarily Critical Technical Agreement, to Ms. Carrie Bryant, carrie.e.bryant.civ@mail.mil.
